"Hear my cry, O God;

attend unto my prayer.

From the end of the earth

will I cry unto thee,

when my heart is overwhelmed:

lead me to the rock

that is higher than I.

For thou

hast been a shelter

for me,

and

a strong tower

from the enemy.

I will abide

in thy tabernacle for ever:

I will trust

in the covert

of thy wings. Selah.

For thou, O God,

hast heard my vows:

thou hast given me

the heritage of those

that fear thy name.

Thou wilt prolong

the king's life:

and

his years

as many generations.

He shall abide

before God for ever:

O prepare

mercy and truth,

which (so it)

may preserve him.

So will I sing praise

unto thy name for ever,

that I may daily

perform my vows."

  This study reveals that there are just two types of people in the world .. Those who honor God .. therefore .. seek a relationship with God .. and those who do not .. further described in the dichotomy associated with the number:

= take possession of

= inherit • occupy

versus:

= impoverish • poor

= to devour • destroy

= dispossess • ruin

= disinherit

= lose ownership

   In context .. the Words above do not describe earthly wealth and poverty as an indication of one's "spirituality" .. (as some false doctrines have assumed) .. but these conditions in context .. identify the end time result of those possessing "spiritual wealth" .. qualifying them for a position in Christ's Kingdom .. from those who are self-destructing .. shut out of their spiritual inheritance by making their worldly desires and attachments their priority in life.

   In this case "worldlings" have made the choice to reject the inheritance they could have had.

...and the same number in the Greek supports this perspective:

it came to pass,

that on the next day,

when they

were come down

from the hill,

much people met him.

And, behold,

a man of the company

cried out saying

Master, I beseech thee,

look upon my son:

for he is mine only child.

And, lo,

a spirit taketh him,

and

he suddenly crieth out;

and

it teareth him

that he foameth again,

and

bruising him hardly

departeth from him.

And

I besought thy disciples

to cast him out

and

they could not

41

And

Jesus answering said,

O faithless

and

perverse generation,

how long

shall I be with you,

and

suffer you?

Bring thy son hither.

42

And

as he was yet a coming,

the devil threw him down,

and tare him

And

Jesus rebuked

the unclean spirit,

and

healed the child,

and

delivered him again

to his father."

   It is a "faithless and perverse generation" that Jesus addresses .. a generation that has produced demon possessed people.

   This is the time and sign of a spiritually .. and ultimately dying .. climate manifesting in society .. that compels Jesus to come into the world at that time.

   And this becomes a major sign of His coming also at this time in history.

   Demon possession will attempt to possess the world again as described in Scripture indicated below .. but first .. those who belong to Christ will be rescued .. then a world without the presence of God's loving people will be cast into the dark void that remains .. to reveal what a world without the presence and Authority of God will be like .. as described in the Book of Revelation .. but please read all of chapter 18 to see all that is revealed:

"And

the light of a candle

shall shine no more

at all in thee;

and

the voice

of the bridegroom

and

of the bride

shall be heard

no more at all in thee:

for thy merchants

were the great men

of the earth;

for by thy sorceries

(drugs/witchcraft)

were all nations deceived."

   Therefore .. we can conclude that the world will be having a "a love affair" with all types of drugs and false religion contrary to the historic .. and eternally preserved .. written Word of God .. doing whatever they feel like doing until the devil enslaves them .. and Jesus returns after the seven years of tribulation to establish His Kingdom.

   Do not be deceived .. we are already seeing signs of this right now .. Jesus could call His people to "Come up" any moment.
