Dear God,
I am a sinner in need of forgiveness and desire to have assurance of eternal life in heaven. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died as payment for my sin.
I am willing to:
1.. submit to the preeminent Authority of the living Word, Jesus Christ.
2.. submit to the preeminent Authority of the written Word of God, the Holy Bible.
3..turn from sin and ask You now to give me the power of the Holy Spirit to follow You and do Your will ... according to Your Holy Word.
At this moment, I invite Christ to come into my HEART and LIFE as my personal Savior and Lord.

3) Be baptized and fellowship with other Christians who believe that Jesus Christ and the Word of God (Holy Bible) are the
preeminent authority over every aspect of their life.

4) Confess with your mouth, by telling others about your relationship with Jesus Christ.
