Today God gives a reminder regarding much needed *strength*.. and something to rejoice in because many of us are being drained of physical as well as spiritual *strength*.. being tested in many unusual ways.
So often as we become weak from life's battles we are tempted to assume the worst .. thinking we may not recover to experience renewed *strength* ever again .. when often recovering *strength* is already on its way back to us .. even in the next few moments .. if we don't linger ... and dwell on it .. but remember the promises of God to "renew our *strength*".
Our Father has promised to renew us .. so let's remember to call on Him to fulfill that promise.
Often we assume that God expects us to work out .. until we wear out.
However .. in reality .. our body was given to us to be our "vehicle of transportation".. necessary to get us to places He wants us to go .. like a concerned father giving us a car .. vehicle to get us where we need to go in life.
So would we be ungrateful for this most necessary gift and be careless with the "vehicle" ignoring the proper fuel required to keep it running smoothly?
Or would we treat the "vehicle" disrespectfully by tossing banana peels and left over pizza into the back seat next to sticky pop cans and ice cream cartons?
A healthy body often provides the physical *strength* to endure a spiritual battle.
And spiritual "food" from the Word of God will also give us the spiritual *strength* to rise up time after time from disappointments .. losses .. and any sort of spiritual .. or physical attacks waged against us.
Thankfully .. our Heavenly Father created us to have *strength* like the "cedar tree".. that carries a purifying oil .. and "fir tree" made to be flexible .. not easily broken by stressful circumstances .. because of His sustaining power within us.

"But Paul said,
I am a man
which am a Jew
of Tarsus,
a city in Cilicia,
a citizen of
no mean city:
and,
I beseech thee,
suffer me to speak
unto the people.
40
And
when he had
given him licence,
Paul stood
on the stairs,
and
beckoned with
the hand
unto the people.
And
when there was made
a great silence,
he spake unto them
in the Hebrew tongue, saying..."
The Apostle Paul desires to present the Gospel to the people of Jerusalem.
He assures them that he is also a Jew .. and using a "double negative".. emphasises that he isn't any "nobody trouble-maker".. but a Jew himself .. actually a highly qualified citizen .. so the people allow Paul to speak .. even to them .. in Hebrew.
And here we see the Hebrew number H767 harmonizing with Paul's Word of defense .. in the Greek G767 .. against their false accusations that were trying to make him out to be .. an *insignificant* nobody .. assuming he just might be unqualified to speak to the people.
So after convincing the people that he .. indeed .. was qualified .. Paul speaks to them in their own Hebrew "tongue"/language .. which was only one of the many "tongues"/languages in which the Apostle Paul was significantly qualified .. and highly educated to speak.📚😇
Through Paul's excellent presentation of the Gospel .. he showed himself to be one of God's *strong trees* as he demonstrated unusual *strength* of Spirit to overcome the negativity and false assumptions coming from the angry .. misinformed crowd .. to exalt the wisdom of God and praise Him publicaly with his own personal testimony regarding his experience on the way to Damascus .. that brought him into a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
