"Water" is first mentioned in the Word of God in Genesis ... chapter 1 ... connecting "Water" to the Spirit ... as the Spirit of God moved upon the "Water"
... next in Genesis ... chapter 2 ... "Water" as our Father's created physical substance ... first designed in the form of a physical "mist" ... to "refresh" ... "nourish" ... and "maintain life"
... also mentioned in Job 9:30 ... as "snow water" for "refreshment" and "cleansing".
Genesis ... chapter 21 ... reveals the potential of "Water" to be a strong physical force ... having the "power" to "change things" ... to even become "dangerous" and "violent."
So here we discover how the characteristics of "Water" are associated with the Hebrew Words ... "Chaos" ... and ... "Mighty."
The only "Word" left to connect to "Water" is the "Word" ... "Blood."
To understand how "water" connects to "Blood" ... in the Old Testament ... we are given the picture of the sacrificed lamb
... and in the New Testament ... we see the connection "water" has to "Blood" ... and the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ at the cross
... also symbolized in Scripture ... in His first miracle ... turning "water" into wine
... and wine at the last supper ... symbolizing His "Blood."
All this leading us to also consider the ... New Testament Greek ... definitions regarding how "water"/wine represent "Blood"
... affirming that:

It is at the cross ... (Matt. 27) ... that we see the "Spirit" ... the "Water" ... and ... the "Blood" all bearing witness that they "agree in one"

... all functioning as One to bring about conversion and a viable relationship with the living God.
THEREFORE :
Since "God ... Holy Spirit ... Jesus Christ ... are love" ... whether in Spirit ... Water of the Word ... Law ... or ... Blood of Jesus ... God has always been "Love" in whatever form He resides
... so ... the totality of God's Word and Law have also ... always ... been established in "Love."
Even before the crucifixion ...
The Spirit of our Father ... and the Lord Jesus Christ (Who is "the Word of God") ... inspired King David to write about ... "MEM"/"Water" ... at the very same time he was led to write about "God's Law"/"Word"
Therefore ... the context in which "Water" /"Word" ... as it pertains to "God's Law"/"Word" ... found in this Thirteenth Section
... is one based on God's "LOVE" found in His Holy Word and led by His Holy Spirit ... not man's self-determined legalistic works
... because ... through David's many experiences in life ... viewed from the perspective of ... and gratitude for "God's Law" and "God's Word"
... even before God's physical demonstration of LOVE at the cross
... David understood that "God is love."
For this reason ... we can picture David as an Old Testament writer ... who writes like ... a New Testament writer
... because he understands that all of God's "Word" ... even the "Law of God" ... should be seen through God's preeminent perspective of "Love" ... Our Father's love for us ... and our love for Him and His "Word."
... revealing that salvation has always really been based on a "Love" relationship
... a matter of the heart ... expressed ... and evidenced ... by a supernatural type of "love" that compels one ... through the "mighty" power of the "Holy Spirit" ... to follow our Creator's "Holy Word" ... "Laws" ... and commandments"
... which are defined ... finding balance ... and application ... under the Authority of Jesus Christ ... who IS the "Word of God" in the flesh
... for the purpose of maintaining our Creator's intention of supporting a vital ... loving ... "decent and orderly" (1 Cor.14:40) ... civilized society.

Everyone today is looking for "love" ... but usually in the wrong places ... and with the wrong definition.
However ... "love" ... like "water" ... (and "Water of the Word") is the dynamic ... "mighty" .... motivating force ... power ... and "Spirit" within God's "Law"/"Word"
... which often causes a response of rebellious "chaos" ... when the "Water of the Word" is used by God to come against stubborn and self-centered law-breakers.
... who just want to be able to willfully sin ... without feeling guilty about it ... so dedicate themselves to destroying God's Law and order.
For this reason King David exalts love as he writes of "MEM"
... emphasizing his experience with God's highest form of love as a result of:
"meditation"

... no ... even though King David was not a perfect man ... he learned how to access wisdom ... receive God's Love
... and then ... express ... his love and gratitude for God's Holy Word ... by making it his priority in life
... through "study" of the "law" of God
... through "reflection" ... "musing" ... and "prayer" ... considering ... even his "complaints"
... all ... brought into focus with a rewarding righteous ... applicable ... perspective through loving ... God's "law" of love.
... all ... because David experienced the amazing benefits of "studying" ... "meditating" on God's wisdom and advice found in His "Holy Word" and "Law" ... in which he was engaged throughout

As a result of much false ... incomplete ... teaching regarding this topic ... many have been led astray and wrongfully sensitized by the Words ... "law" and "commandments"
... which trigger fear of ... a "works salvation" ... causing a wall to go up in our hearts and minds ... giving us permission to avoid any works associated with our belief system
... causing us to become disobedient to the Word of God
... and feeling justified in refusing to fulfill the works of love and care for others in which God expects His Church to be engaged ... if we profess to have a relationship with Him.
So when Words such as "Law" and "commandments" are used ... we tend to jump to the conclusion that everything "lawful" ... must be "against the grace of God"
... when grace is actually the gift of motivation God provides through His Word and His Spirit of love to:
(1) enable us to move toward Him in faith to be saved
(2) love others through the works ... He has specified in His "Word" ... and are led by His Spirit
(3) experience victory over sin in our life.

Read the above passage again and do not stop at verse 9 ... which causes us to miss what God is "commanding" ... and we will discover that from the beginning ... God ordained certain works that He still expects us to do.
Another mistake ... as a result of false ... and/or incomplete teaching ... that sidetracks our Christian walk ... is preoccupation with self-examination
... causing us ... in the name of "humility" to become weak ... unproductive ... introspective and self-accusing ... "sin-diggers."
Indeed ... we should be quick to align ourselves with "God's laws" for righteous living ... but if self-condemnation is the only attitude we take when considering the "Words" ... "Laws" ... and ... "commandments" of God ... we can expect that
... the "enemies" ... (aka) ... "accusers of the brethren" ... will surely take advantage of our lack of balance.
This is where [H6680] should be applied ... reminding us that God's "commandments" are also meant to move us forward
... and are in existence for the purpose of leading us into "God's specific assignment" ... our unique "calling" ... to serve Him.
The way we are each led to our specific calling ... ministry ... assignment in life ... is through following God's "commandments"
... as He brings ... specially designed ... very unique ... experiences into our life which require us to respond ... by following advice found in His Word and "commandments"
... experiences that open some doors for us and shut other doors ... until we are exactly where He wants us to be.
Therefore "enemies" will be more than happy to hinder ... keep us unproductive ... and defeated ... constantly sin hunting ... too busy focusing on searching for our own perceived "hidden" sins
... to use God's "commandments" to find our specific ministry and be productive servants ... or ever
... discover the way to out-maneuver "enemies" by becoming:
"wiser"

... but by the "mighty" power of the Holy Spirit that resides in the "Water" of the "Word of God" ... and dwells in our heart and mind ... as we embrace God's "commandments" found in His "Holy Word" ... and are obediently doing the loving works He has called us to do.
This is how we find our place ... and calling to minister ... in the body of believers ... and become "wiser" than our:

Understanding the "Word and Law" of God requires an investment of much time and effort ... learning to follow the Holy Spirit's instruction
... as He teaches us to balance the totality of the "Word of God" ... correctly harmonizing both Old and New Testaments ... to bring forth the complete interpretation of the "Word of God"
... "rightly dividing" ... letting the "Word" interpret the "Word."

"Teachers" are only equipped to teach what they have been taught
... which solely depends on what their "teachers" have been taught

One of the biggest mistakes Christians make today ... is to evaluate their Bible "teachers" ... and pastors ... by the diplomas that are on their wall
... because the only Teacher really qualified to teach the Bible ... is the Holy Spirit
.... so unless the Bible teacher or pastor has actually been personally taught the Bible from the indwelling Holy Spirit and his own personal experiences
... and not just performing as a parrot ... speaking from the writings of other men
... he is not qualified ... and should be avoided regardless the number of diplomas he has hanging on his wall.
It is absolutely necessary that we measure everything we read and hear by what the Holy Spirit has taught us concerning the Truth of God's:

... in this way ... rightly using the word "personal" ... because the nature of "testifying" is meant to be a very personal thing.
When referencing "divine law" ... the "testimony" of God can speak to very personal behaviour
... serving as a "legal witness" to the condition of one's heart
... or the "testimony" of the Word of God can serve either as vindication ... or evidence of guilt
... all for the purpose of "repeating" ... "affirming" ... and "exhorting."
In any case ... God desires to personally ... through the power and presence of His Holy Spirit
... bestow even more "understanding" than all our "teachers" ... through His personal "testimonies" found in His Holy Word ... when we are willing to reserve time every day for:
"meditation"

However ... during the time of King David the wisdom of older generations was highly regarded and the only way one could have more "understanding" than previous generations ... was through "diligent" study of the Word of God.
For this reason ... David encourages us to:

... from which Paul speaks when he exhorts us ... saying that we were actually "created to do good works." [Eph.2:8-10..see verse 98..above]

... How to Avoid Evil

Just two things are required to avoid "evil."
One has to do with our "feet."
David tells us that if we can just "restrict" ... "restrain" ... learn to control our "feet" ... and where they take us ... we can avoid "evil."
Simply put ... "Don't go there."
Do not willingly take a path where "evil" exists ... or where you must compromise God's standards to get where you want to be
... because once you get there ... it is likely you will not be able to control the circumstances in which you find yourself ... and will not be able to do the right thing ... according to the Word of God
... and will become entangled in a trap that is very:

How do we know we are living in End Times?
God's "judgments" are being "removed" ... and when His "Word and Law" ... definitions of right and wrong ... are "removed" ... or ... redefined ... by humans
...it brings "chaos" ... it "removes" "law and order" ... and destroyes a civilization.
Therefore ... David has been careful to not "depart" from God's "judgments"
... because he knows God is the One by whom they were:
"taught"

Yes ... our Creator is the One who created these "rules" to live by ... because He knew they were essential to maintain human existence.

Hasn't disregard for the "Word and laws of God"... now become one of the most significant signs of End Times ... that we are witnessing today?

... but the truth is ... not everyone likes honey
... some people think it is too:

"Precepts" teach us how to "discern" ... "perceive" ... "observe" ... so we can "distinguish" ... and "separate" right from wrong ... to take the eternally right "path" in life.
Once we understand what is eternally at stake ... we will realize how important it is to:

... yes ... "hate" going the wrong way to destruction ... and avoid it at all cost.
Our eternal life is at stake ... therefore we must abhor that which is:
"false"

= falsehood .. sham
= disappointment
= untruth
The world is full of "lies" and "deception."
... It is so easy to go the wrong:

= narrow road

= road .. journey
= manner .. habit
= course of life
= moral character
There is a way
that seemeth right
unto a man,
