About Nurturing Life Ministry

(Nurturing Life is an independent Christian ministry and is not associated with any specific denomination or religious organization. Information is acquired exclusively from the Bible, history, and science).

Priorities of Ministry
Our first priority is to humbly return the focus and foundation of
our belief system to Christ—and Christ alone, restoring the whole person as Christ taught (spirit, body, mind, & emotions).

We will discover the secret to developing and restoring the whole person when we wholeheartedly embrace the priorities of Christ's ministry: (1) preaching the gospel of salvation through Christ alone and (2) healing the sick.

Educational sessions are for the serious Bible student. They are presented from the non-denominational biblical, historical, and scientific—yet cutting edge—perspective.

Wellness is addressed in each dimension of the whole person—
spirit, body, mind, and emotions and offers with simplicity, very safe, effective ways we can address life’s challenges through a fresh understanding of the Word and Wisdom of God.

Without diagnosing or prescribing, a wealth of life-saving information and motivation is provided through this unique Christian Wellness Program.

What Nurturing Life Christian Ministry Provides:(1) Nurturing Life Ministry provides one-on-one consultation.

Jesus said. . .“No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me”. . . .John 6:44-45.

Kay Graves - Christian Writer and Speaker

Called by God when just a child of 7, but responded to the call and "born again," December 9, 1974 according to John, Chapter 3, during a painful physical illness that caused me to be confined to my bed.

Three days after becoming a Christian, the illness disappeared.

Soon I discovered, however, that this healing was conditional—that is—dependent on the study of the Word of God.  Because the illness was stress related,
the peace infused by the Word of God was the only effective remedy.

This ministry today is a result of 40 years of Bible study and
applying the Word to facilitate my own healing, as well as the healing of those God has brought into my life.

In 2001, I began to understand how the spirit, body, mind, and emotions influence one another and started sharing what I was learning with small groups.

Continuing research and study included the use of plants and plant oils for healing.

Over the years, I have shared research and my personal experience with hundreds...many alumni associated with health care and teaching professions.

Through them, God has opened doors by which His methods of healing can be experienced...including several clinics and one hospital.

Presently free unlimited consultations are offered to those who desire to know more about having a true relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Most High God.

Statement of Faith

I believe that the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21), inspired by the Holy Spirit.

I believe in Jesus Christ and that He is both man and God manifested in the flesh. That He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, was crucified, died, and was buried, that He arose bodily from the grave and ascended into heaven.

I believe that the blood shed by Jesus upon the cross made atonement for the redemption of all who respond in faith to His call to salvation by repenting of sin and yielding to the preeminent Authority of Jesus Christ and the Written Word of God. (Luke 1:68).

I believe that sin is the transgression of God's law (1 John 3:4), that all have sinned (Romans 3:23); and that death is the penalty for sin (Romans 6:23).

I believe that salvation comes about through the Word of God. It is by grace through faith in the Word and completed work of Jesus Christ and not of our own works (Eph. 2:8-9).

Grace through faith brings about repentance for sin, obedience to the Word of God and receiving the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38).

I believe that by having a repentant and willing heart, by diligent study of the Scriptures, and by the leading of the Holy Spirit, a believer will discover God's truth, which is sufficient for all matters of faith and practice.

I believe in the resurrection of the dead and in a future state of rewards and punishments (Revelation 20:12ff).

I believe that the Holy Spirit was given to us to testify of Christ in His physical absence, to lead man into truth, and to convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgment (John 16:8).

I believe that "...the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works." (Titus 2:11-14)
